PRINTED COPIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR $300 FOR FIRST 100 COPIES, AND $100 EACH ADDITIONAL 100 COPY INCREMENT PER PRACTICE AREA, BILLED QUARTERLY. THIS INCLUDES PACKAGING AND SHIPPING TO YOUR OFFICE.
